Purpose
This site presents data and AI engineering services and offers a data maturity audit for download. Nothing is sold and no payment is taken through the site.
§ 03 · Section
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams and the audit document belong to the company. The audit may be used, printed and shared inside the organisation that downloads it, whether or not anything is ever contracted: that is what it was written for.
Code delivered on a project belongs to the client from the first commit, under the licence they choose. That is agreed by contract and does not depend on this notice.

Liability
The audit is a self assessment tool, not a professional opinion. Its conclusions depend on the answers given and do not replace a diagnosis carried out on the real system.
§ 05 · Section
Governing law
Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Madrid, unless applicable rules impose a different jurisdiction.
