What is collected
Only the email address you type into the form, together with the language you are browsing in and the date of the download. There are no other fields: no name, no phone, no company, no job title.
Your IP address is used at the moment of submission to rate limit the form and slow down automated abuse. It is not stored and not linked to your email.
Your email address is never written to server logs.
§ 03 · Section
What for
To send you the audit and then a series of five emails about data architecture spread over fourteen days. Once the series ends, nothing further is sent automatically.
I also receive an internal notification of each download, so I can reply if you write.
§ 04 · Section
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Legitimate interest is not relied on: without that box ticked, the form processes nothing.
§ 05 · Section
Processors
These providers process your data on behalf of the controller. There is an international transfer to the United States, covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

§ 06 · Section
How long
Until you unsubscribe. When you do, your address is marked for deletion and you receive nothing further.
If you do not unsubscribe, it is kept for as long as the commercial contact remains meaningful, reviewed annually.
§ 07 · Section
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. The unsubscribe link in every email performs the erasure in one click, with no login and no confirmation screen: withdrawing consent has to cost what giving it cost.
For anything else, write to egm@glemesfft.site.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es), or to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are in the United Kingdom.
